Film of the Year: L' Enfant (To Paidi)
Perhaps the best film of the year comes from Belgium..........
L' Enfant by Dardenne Brothers is a lessson on how to create a simple but solid movie, which also gave them the Palme D'Or in 2005 Cannes Festival.
Simple moving camera, minimal cinematography, a superb scenario, excellent cast and NO music! Only the sound of a city in Belgium!
A young homeless couple and their baby...... it may sound heavy, but it's not!
A must to see!
